Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at a hotel in the hospitality industry. The Night Auditor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift.

Duties:
- Conduct night audit procedures efficiently and accurately
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
- Manage reservations and assist with guest inquiries
- Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records
- Address guest concerns and escalate as needed
- Monitor security cameras and ensure the safety of guests and property
- Prepare reports for management regarding night operations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and front desk software
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of hotel management practices and night audit procedures
